My Story

Hey! My name's Yehoshua, founder of SimpleKeyz.

I started this site to help aspiring musicians learn the secrets of playing their favourite songs by ear.

Like many others, I was stuck playing traditional music and set pieces, but I felt there had to be a better way.

After spending years of going through the school of hard knocks, I stumbled on a method that gave me the freedom to play virtually any song I wanted just by listening.

I mastered the skill, became a professional musician and I’ve successfully trained countless students how to do the same.

Using my simple, down-to-earth approach, you’ll find learning music doesn’t have to be hard. Much like how we communicate with our family and friends, music can be played and enjoyed the exact same way.
